摘要
通过山体爆破工程设计实例,介绍了台阶式布孔方法以及中深孔延时加强松动爆破施工的设计思路。提出了孔排距、炸药单耗、装药结构、起爆方式等爆破参数的确定方法。通过该工程中采用的孔内外联合延时非电起爆网路,达到了单孔单响的目的。测振数据表明,本次爆破施工有效地控制了爆破振动和飞石,取得了比较满意的爆破效果,对类似工程有一定的参考价值。
Regarding the design case of hill body blasting engineering,it discussed bore hole's arrangements and medium-length hole millisecond strengthening loosing blasting construction design idea,and brought forward the methods of determining such blasting parameters as hole row margin,unit explosive assumption,charging structure and initiation patterns.Based on the non-electric blasting network of inside and outside hole combining delay employed in the project case,single hole initiation was achieved successfully.The vibration measurement data showed that blasting vibration and slungshot had been controlled effectively in this project case,and therefore,good blasting results were reached,which would have some reference value to similar project.
