摘要
介绍了土压平衡盾构在穿越预留的混凝土连续墙施工中,应用钻孔爆破帮助盾构快速通过的施工实例。阐述了爆破参数、爆破网路的设计与施工以及爆破安全等技术问题。采用精密钻孔,保证了炮孔质量,采用孔内分层装药和延时起爆,减小了爆破振动,并对爆破振动及爆后混凝土粒径进行了控制。钻孔爆破大大缩短了盾构穿越时间,取得良好效果。
With the help of drilling blasting method,the pressurized balance TBM could quickly cut across the reserved concrete diaphragm walls.There was an introduction about this construction work.The design of blasting network and blasting parameters,construction techniques,blasting safety and other technical matters were described.Blasting quality was ensured by way of precise drilling.Sectional charge and delayed initiation program were used within hole which reduced blasting vibration and controlled particle diameters of concrete after blasting.With the help of hole-blasting method,crossing time was greatly cut short and favorable blasting effects were achieved.
