Ki-67蛋白和VEGF及bFGF在恶性淋巴瘤中的表达及其意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨恶性淋巴瘤(ML)患者组织中Ki-67蛋白、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的表达,分析其在疾病中的意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法测定42例ML患者、50例健康者(正常对照组)和16例淋巴结反应性增生者的Ki-67蛋白、VEGF及bFGF的表达。结果淋巴瘤患者Ki-67蛋白、VEGF、bFGF的表达率分别为52.38%、42.85%、45.24%,显著高于淋巴结反应性增生组及正常对照组(P<0.05);不同性别、细胞类型及恶性程度患者Ki-67蛋白、VEGF及bFGF的阳性表达率间差异均无统计学意蚁(P>0.05),而在低年龄组及临床分期Ⅲ+Ⅳ期组Ki-67蛋白、VEGF及bFGF的阳性表达率高于高年龄组(bFGF除外)及临床分期Ⅰ+Ⅱ期组(P<0.05)。结论 Ki-67蛋白、VEGF及bFGF的异常表达可能在疾病的发病中起一定的作用,三者联合检测有助于判断疾病分期及预后。 Objective To explore the expressions of Ki-67、VEGF and bFGF,and to analyze their significances in malignant lymphoma.Methods The expressions of Ki-67、VEGF and bFGF were measured in 42 patients with malignant lymphoma,50 healthy people (control group) and 16 patients with reactive hyperplasia of the lymph node (RH) by means of immunohistochemistry SP approach.Results The expression rates of Ki-67、VEGF and bFGF in patients with malignant lymphoma were 52.38%、42.85%、45.24% respectively,which were significantly higher than that in control group and RH group.The expression rates of Ki-67、VEGF and bFGF were not significant between patients with different sex,cell types and malignancy levels(P0.05),but in younger group and Ⅲ+Ⅳ stages groups,expression rates of Ki-67、VEGF and bFGF were higher than that in older and Ⅰ+Ⅱstages groups(P0.05).Conclusion The aberrant expression Ki-67、VEGF and bFGF may play a role in the occurrence of the disease.Measuring of the three contributes to disease staging and prognosis.
