全血标本的贮存条件对糖化血红蛋白测定结果的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨不同温度、不同贮存时间对全血糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)检测结果的影响。方法采用离子交换高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测20例患者的全血标本,分别在不同温度(4~8℃、17~23℃、-20℃)、不同贮存时间(1、5、7、18、25、28、50d)测定HbA1c。将所测结果与新鲜全血标本所测结果进行比较。结果在4~8℃下贮存50d,全血标本HbA1c检测结果与新鲜标本所测结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在17~23℃下贮存7d,全血标本HbA1c检测结果较新鲜标本所测值显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在-20℃下贮存28d,全血标本HbA1c所测结果较新鲜标本所测值显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同贮存温度及不同贮存时间对全血HbA1c的检测有显著影响。 Objective To study the influence on HbA1c testing results by different storage temperature and time.Methods HbA1c of 20 whole-blood samples was tested by ion exchange High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) under different temperatures(4~8 ℃,17~23 ℃,-20 ℃) and in different time (1 d,5 d,7 d,18 d,25 d,28 d,50 d),and the results were compared with fresh blood samples.Results After 50 days of storage under the temperature of 4~8 ℃,the result shows no significant difference compared with fresh blood samples (P0.05).After 7 days of storage under 17~23 ℃,the result difference has statistical significance(P0.05).After 28 days of storage under-20 ℃,the result difference has statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion The time and temperature of storage have significant impact on the testing result of HbA1c.
