摘要
本文测定了20例单纯性肾病患儿外周血中NK细胞活性,并观察了患儿混合血浆对正常人NK细胞活性的影响。结果表明:患儿组NK细胞活性明显低于正常对照组;患儿混合血浆对正常人NK细胞活性无明显抑制作用。
NK cell activity was detected in 20 children with steroid responsive nephrotic syndrome.The effect of the patients＇mixed plasma on NK cell activity of healthy subjects was observed as well. The results showed. NK cell activity was obvious lower in patient group than that in control group. Patients'plasma, however, had no inhibitory effect on NK cell activity of normal lymphocytes.
