地方高校心理学实验室传统上存在利用率不高而造成浪费现象严重、师资短缺、对学生能力培养重视不够等问题.坚持以学生为本的理念,健全心理学实验室开放使用的规章制度,采取网上申请与预约、全天对学生开放等具体措施,能够提高仪器设备的使用率,培养学生的综合素质,为其他地方高校心理学实验室的使用提供有益的经验.

There are many problems in the usage of psychological laboratories in local universities,such as serious waste due to the low usage of the equipment,lack of competent instructors,less attention to the nurture of the students＇ ability and so on.Thus this article suggests that we adhere to the students-oriented conception,perfect the rules and regulations of opening the psychological laboratories and take concrete measures,such as applying and reserving via Internet and opening laboratories to all the students 14 hours a day,to increase the usage of these equipment and nurture the comprehensive quality of the students so as to provide useful experience to the usage of psychological laboratories in other local universities.
