外军装备采办人才培养与借鉴

Training of Equipment Acquisition Talents and Its Enlightenment

装备采办人才是装备采办活动的主体,其能力素质的高低,直接影响装备采办质量和国防经济效益。为加强装备采办人才培养,近年来外军不断完善装备采办人才培养体系和法规制度建设,积极探索新型培养模式,形成了较为先进的管理方法,对我军加快装备采办人才培养具有一定的启示与借鉴作用。

Equipment acquisition talents are the principal part engaged in equipment acquisition activities.Their capability and quality have an effect on acquisition quality and defence economic benefits directly.To strengthen the cultivation of equipment acquisition talents,the foreign armies have continually improved the training system and the regulation construction and actively explored new cultivation mode,and have formed advanced management methods.It puts forward some suggestions about how to accelerate the training of equipment acquisition talents in our army.
