基于网络法的战时装备指挥机关工作优化研究

The Optimization Research Based on Network Method of the Equipment Command Organ Work in Wartime

采用网络法的有关理论,以战斗准备阶段装备指挥机关工作为例,建立初始网络图模型;以此模型为基础,进行时间参数和关键指标的计算分析,对初始网络图进行优化;定量分析装备指挥机关的工作,使其满足既定的作战条件和要求。为战时装备指挥机关工作优化研究,提供一种新的思路和定量优化方法。

With some relative theories of the network method,this paper takes the equipment support and command organ＇s responsibilities in the preparation of fighting equipments as an example,to establish an initial network diagram model.Based on this model,time parameters and key indicators are calculated and analyzed to optimize the model conversely,and meanwhile,the quantitative analysis is given to the equipment support and command organ,so that the organ can meet conditions and needs of the battle.This is also a new,quantitative optimizing method for the research on the working efficiency of the equipment support and command organ in the operational situation.
