Study on Strengthening Legislative Work of the Military

以加强我军信息立法工作为目的，首先分析外国军事信息立法发展历程和经验成果并得出启示，在介绍信息法、军事法、军队信息化建设、军事信息立法等概念基础上，结合我军信息化建设实际情况，提出我军出台信息立法的迫切性，借鉴外军信息立法体系构造我军信息立法的原则和体系。最后指出我军信息立法体系建设中应该注重的几个方面。参考文献22。

This paper with the aim of strenghthening the miliatary affairs information legislation first analyzed the development and experience of the foreign military information legislation in detail, then it offered the pressure of establishing the information legislation of our military. At last, the legislative system should focus on a few aspects in our military affairs legislation construction. 22 Refs.
