摘要
图书馆是收集、存贮、提供知识信息的公益事业机构，其作用的发挥有赖于读者工作和参考咨询工作的开展。针对不同类型读者的需要，利用不同方式和手段为读者提供全方位信息服务，是现代图书馆的重要职能之一。针对图书馆图书利用率低的问题，从提高服务能力与满足读者需求两方面充分利用馆藏图书。参考文献4。
The library is a kind of public welfare of the collection, storage, providing knowledge and information, whose role is depending on the readers work and reference work. The need for different types of readers and using different ways and means to provide readers with comprehensive information service, is one of the important functions of modern libraries. The author noticed the low utilization rate for library books, and offered from the two aspects of improving the services, and satisfying the needs of the readers to make full use of library collections. 4 Refs.
