摘要
如何使得视障读者充分、合理地利用图书馆，让他们接受最好的信息服务，是每个公共图书馆应尽的义务。本文初步探讨了一下公共图书馆如何更好地为视障读者服务，建立一个专门针对视障读者特点的阅览室，到社区建立视障读者读书点，上门为他们服务。参考文献4。
It is the essencial obligation of each public library for the eyesight impaired readers on how to make full and rational use of libraries and allow them to receive the best information services. This paper first examined how the public make the better services for this group readers. We can establish a special feature reading room, or a reading spot in a community, and so on. 4 Refs.
