摘要
本文通过对数字图书馆的概念以及功能的讨论，对数字图书馆建设中存在的一些问题，从资源建设、信息存储、服务、标准化、人才等方面提出自己的想法。
This paper with discussion of the concept and function of the digital libraries, as well as the problems in construction of the digital library, the author put forward his own ideas from resource development, information storage, services, standardization, technology, personnel and so on.
