An Adjustment to International Security Relations in the Transformation Era : A Historical Retrospect and Comparative Study on the UK-Germany and UK-US Power Transition at the end of the 19th Century

新兴国家崛起和国际权力转移必然呼唤国际关系的大调整。同时发生于19世纪中后期至20世纪初的英德、英美力量转移,却产生了截然不同的结果。比较研究德国与美国不同地缘特征、国家特性,以及两国对战略机遇的把握,可以更深入地把握力量转移与安全关系调整之间的逻辑线索,从而进一步认识当前的国际大变革趋势。

With the rising of new countries and the transition of international powers comes inevitably the great adjustment of international relations.However,the power transition of UK-Germany and UK-US from the mid19th century to the early 20th century brought about quite different results.A comparative study of the USGermany＇s different geographical features,national features and their control of the strategic opportunities can make us understand deeply the relation between the power transition and security relationship adjustment,and the international transformation trend in the 21st century.
