摘要
采用茶鲜叶和甜叶菊为原料,经杀青后,添加稳定剂和抗氧化剂,直接打浆,沸水浸出工艺制作甜叶菊茶汁。制成品营养保健成分含量高,色泽稳定,滋味甜润可口,沉淀较少,有一定的开发价值。
This extracts is manufactured with tea shoots and steviarebaudiana by de-enzyming, crushing, soaking and adding some substants which can avoid precipitation and oxidation. It'srich in nutritious snd health-keeping substants, less in precipitate, stable in colour, better in taste and valuable to be put into production.
