木芙蓉提取物中芸香苷含量的高效液相色谱法测定

建立木芙蓉提取物中芸香苷含量的HPLC定量测定法.以芸香苷标准品为对照进行反相高效液相色谱法测定:测定的色谱柱为nova-parkC18(3.9×150mm,4μm),流动相为甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(50/50,V/V),流速为1mL/min,用紫外检测器检测,检测波长为254nm.芸香苷与木芙蓉中其他成分基线分离良好,芸香苷在4.16～41.6mg/L范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9993).确定了精密度日内RSD在5.32%～6.02%.

To establish a method for content determinate of Rutin in Hibiscus mutabilis by HPLC. The chromatographie column was C18 column（3.9×150 mm, 4 urn）, methanol and 1% acetic acid solution （50/50, V/V） as mobile phase, at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, detection wavelength 254nm.Good linearity was obtained for Rutin and other components in the range of 4.16 - 41.6 mg/L peak area was favorable linear between the concentration of Rutin in range. The regression equation was A=15 086℃-26 310, correlation coefficient r = 0.999 3, The RSD of intra-day assay is within 5.32% -6.02%.
