摘要 一直以来,新型抗生素雷莫拉宁的抗菌作用机制存在争议。近期研究表明,雷莫拉宁主要通过结合转糖基酶的作用底物LipidⅡ,使细菌细胞壁合成受阻并致细胞凋亡。本文主要综述其抗菌机制的研究进展。 Antimicrobial mechanisms of new antibiotics ramoplanin have been argued for a long time. But recent studies have shown that ramoplanin can obstruct the synthesis of cell wall and cause apoptosis by combining with Lipid Ⅱ. This review describes the research progress of antimicrobial mechanisms of ramoplanin.
