摘要 认知功能障碍治疗药物主要通过增强胆碱能神经功能、降低兴奋性氨基酸毒性、抗氧化、抑制β-淀粉样蛋白的生成及激活神经细胞代谢等途径发挥作用。神经变性和血管病变是引起认知功能障碍的两个重要因素。本文对认知功能障碍药物治疗研究进展进行综述。 The main mechanisms of drugs for cognition dysfunction are related to improvement of cholinergic neurons function, decreased toxicity of excitatory amino acids, antioxidant activity, inhibition of β-amyloid production and activation of neuron cells metabolism. Both neural degeneration and vascular disorder play important roles in the development of cognition dysfunction. This review describes the progress in the drug treatment of cognition dysfunction.
