部队远程高强度摩托化机动中的行车安全研究

Study of the Driving Safety of the Remote High-Intensive Motorized Mobility of Troops

分析了远程高强度摩托化机动连续行驶时间长、持续机动距离长、车辆驾驶强度大、途中路况复杂等特点,从建立统一的军地联合交通保障指挥机构、做好部队摩托化机动途中的运输组织工作、平时注重针对高速公路驾驶训练和装备的检修、严格按照规定做好部队机动过程中的行车管理,合理安排行军时间、降低驾驶员疲劳感几个方面,论述了确保高速公路远程高强度摩托化行车的安全策略。

Upon the basis of analyzing the characteristics of being continuous long-time driving,great in mobile distance,great in driving intensity,and complex in road conditions of the remote high-intensive motorized mobility,dealt with in the paper are some safety strategies to ensure the driving safety of the remote high-intensive motorized mobility of troops on expressways,such as establishing the military-civilian joint traffic guarantee and commanding organs,doing a good job of the organizational work in the process of the motorized mobility of troops,paying great attention to the driving training on expreways and the regular examinnation and repair of the equipment involved,strengthening the managemnt of driving operations in the course of the mobility strictly according to the rules,and rationally arranging the driving time to alleviate the tiredness of drivers.
