京沪高铁跨西气东输管道刚构桥设计与施工技术 被引量:1

Design and Construction Techniques for the Rigid-Structured Bridge of the Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway Across the West-East Gas Pipeline

摘要 针对京沪高速铁路跨西气东输管道技术含量高、工期任务紧、安全隐患大的特点,考虑到地基承载力相对较低及铁路跨管道施工高危险性因素,决定采用桩基础加承台刚构桥结构形式跨越管道。桩基施工采用挖孔桩,岩石迫裂采用钻孔灌膨胀剂等技术。从该桥设计要点、施工技术、安全防护措施等方面进行了介绍,为今后类似工程提供参考。 Considering the characteristics of the project of the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway across the West-East Gas Pipeline being very demanding in technology,tense in the construction period,and frequently-occurring in potential accidents,the bearing capacity of the foundation there being low and the great danger in the pipeline-crossing railway construction,the structural forms of the pile foundation plus pile caps and the rigid-structured bridge are decided to be adopted for the railway bridge to cross the pipeline.The technique of bored piles is used for the pile foundation,and rocks are forced to split through drilling holes in them and then filling the holes with expansive agent.The design features of the bridge,and construction techniques and safety protection measures for the construction of the bridge are introduced in detail in the paper,which may serve as a reference for similar projects in the future.
