窄轨、小半径曲线铁路机械铺轨的探讨

An Exploration into the Mechanical Track Laying Operations for Narrow-Gauge and Small-Radius-Curve Railways

机械铺轨具有效率高、轨排制作规范、后续养道时间短、投入成本低等优点,因此安哥拉铁路大修工程(窄轨,1067mm、小半径曲线,150m)中采用自主研制的DPK18型窄轨铺轨机进行铺轨作业。介绍了铺轨机的结构及其性能,说明了窄轨、小半径曲线铁路铺轨施工对机械的特殊要求及应采取的措施,从而为施工提供了可靠的理论和实践保证。

Mechanical track laying operation has the advantages of being high in efficiency,standard in track assembly,short in the post-construction maintenance time,and low in costs,owing to which the track laying operation of the main repair project of the Angolan Railway（ narrow-gauged,1067 mm,small radius curve,150 m ）was performed with our self-developed type-DPK18 narrow-gauge track layer.The present paper introduces the structure and performance of the track layer,with the special requirements for the narrow gauge and small radius curve railway track laying construction on the machinery and measures to be taken put forward,thus providing a reliable theoretical and practical guarantee for construction.
