Only with a strong scientific and technological innovation, the economic growth mode can be transformed and rapid so- cio-economic sustainable development can be achieved, the comprehensive national strength and the degree of social civilization can al- so be rapidly enhanced. This paper analyzes the role of incentive for science and technological innovation of enterprises and studies how the motivation theory and method are used in the process of science and technological innovation for enterprises. The objectives and principles of incentive mechanism for science and technological innovation are proposed and the improvement measures on the design of the incentive system are also put up, a complete system of scientific and technological innovation incentives for science and technology innovation is built from the macro and micro aspects.
