摘要
中小企业的信用水平直接影响市场准入秩序、市场交易秩序和市场竞争秩序的状况,而市场秩序的状况也影响着中小企业信用行为的选择。规范的市场秩序为中小企业提供了行为准则和合理预期,并能够有效地控制和惩戒中小企业的失信行为,因此,中小企业信用与市场秩序之间存在着互动关系。促进中小企业健康发展,整顿和规范市场秩序,就必须建立健全中小企业信用制度。
the credit level of the small and medium -sized enterprises (SMEs) has direct influence on the market access order, market business order and the order of market competition. On the other hand, the status of the market order also has important impact on the credit level of the SMEs. Standard market order has provided the SMEs with the code of conduct and rational expectations, which can also effectively control and punish the acts of dishonesty of SMEs. In this case, interaction relation exists between SMEs credit level and the market order. In order to promote the healthy development of SMEs, rectify and standardize the market order, a sound credit system for SMEs shall be established.
