A Glimpse of Protection on Women's Family Property Rights in Han Dynasty from Zhangjiashan Bamboo Slips

张家山汉简有不少关于女性立法的内容,结合简牍和史书中所记载的律令和案例,从女性"为人女"、"为人妻"、"为人母"三个阶段探究了汉律对妇女家庭财产权的保护,并分析了其深层次原因。

Bamboo Slips of Zhangjiashan have many contents on female legislations. The present paper unifies the law and the case which were in bamboo slips and the history book records, makes an investigation into the family property rights of women in Han dynasty by dividing women＇s life into 3stages：being a daughter,a wife and a mother and has analyzed its deep-rooted reason.
