本文主要通过投入产出法,分析远洋渔船制造业的产业特点、以及其对经济社会发展的波及效应,探讨我国远洋渔船的更新对国民经济其他部门的影响,提出远洋渔船建造对我国国民经济不仅具有支撑作用和拉动作用,而且还具有较大的波及效应,以及对劳动力的吸纳效应;并且根据远洋渔船建造是投资依赖型产业的分析,提出促进该产业的发展国家应采取有效措施增加对其的投资。

This article analysis the industry features on the ocean-going fishing vessels manufacturing,and the spread effect of economic and social development,and discuss the impact of the ocean-going vessels updating to other departments of country economy based on the input and output solutions,and bring forward a point that the manufacture of ocean-going fishing vessels not only have a support and draw effect to the country economy,but have a great spread effect and absorb effect for the labor.In addition,the country should put more investment to the ocean-going fishing vessel manufacture industry based on the investment lean character of ocean-going fishing vessel manufacture.
