With the development of cultural industry as a national strategy,the animation industry is facing an unprecedented favorable situation.In the course of construction of animation industrial parks,there exists a nationwide tendency toward ＂enclosure＂ and ＂movement＂.Knowing the characteristics and operational law of the animation industry,with the assistance of industrial cluster theory,we can find out development modes of animation industrial parks,determine the role of government in the construction of the industrial parks and finally realize the strategic target of competitive advantages in animation industrial clusters.
