Autonomous leaning is the most prevailing teaching mode in English methodology,having its theoretical origins as well as its development both in China and elsewhere in the world.In accordance with the factors affecting the college English writing at present,teachers should make full use of students＇after-class time to direct leaner autonomy so as to promote students＇writing ability as well as all-rounded English application ability.
