摘要
从激励的基本理论出发,分析广东省具有代表性的旅行社——广之旅的导游人员激励机制现状,并通过实地问卷调查,探讨导游人员激励机制现状及问题,提出完善薪酬制度、增加培训机会、提供晋升职位、实施目标管理、增加奖励旅游等完善激励机制的措施。
The author takes an empirical study about incentive mechanism of tour guide in the travel agency of Guang Zhi Lv.The results of analysis indicate that travel agencies should improve the pay system,increase training opportunities,provide the promotion position,implement objective management and increase reward traveling in order to perfect the incentive mechanism of tour guide.
