Monitoring and Assessment of Influenza H1N1 A Virus Vaccine Event

目的:分析甲型H1N1流感疫苗的接种情况,及时总结接种的监测与评估,为开展甲型H1N1流感防控提供参考。方法:对国内外2009年接种甲型H1N1流感疫苗的不良反应监测报告进行分析。结果:甲型H1N1流感疫苗被认为与季节性流感疫苗总体安全性近似。结论:在甲型H1N1流感大流行的背景下,接种该疫苗利大于弊。

Objective：To analyse the inoculation of the influenza H1N1 A vaccine,to summarize timely monitoring and evaluation and to control the influenza H1N1 A virus cases in influenza season.Methods：To analyse the case reports of monitoring adverse reaction of influenza H1N1 A vaccine made both domestically and abroad in 2009.Results：It seems that after using the influenza H1N1 A virus vaccine is safe and its safty is similar to that of seasonal influenza virus vaccine.Conclusion：In case of influenza H1N1 A epidemic,inoculation of vaccine is necessary and its advantages outweigh the disadvantages.
