提高教学评价可比性优化管理的迭代分析

摘要 根据管理生态学理论,任何工作都应当接受来自于其工作对象的评价与反馈方能不断优化与改善,教学工作也不例外。这种教学评价的必要性与意义基本已经取得人们共识。但是,关于如何比较来自不同教学对象和教学主体的评价结果一直是个让教育管理者头疼的问题。针对如何提高教学评价的可比性问题,分析造成可比性差的两类原因——"组间误差"与"组内误差",并通过例证分析和数学计算公式提出对应的解决方案——"累次迭代"与"相对均值"法。同时,从管理心理学角度分析学生评教领域的部分热点问题。 According to the management ecology theory,any work should receive evaluation and feedback from their object of work so that the work can be continuously optimized.Teaching is no exception.However,how to compare the evaluation results from different teaching objects has been a problem for education managers.In this paper,how to improve the comparability of teaching evaluation issues is discussed.Two reasons for poor comparability are: errors between two groups and 'errors within a group'.Through examples and mathematical formulas,the corresponding solutions are presented including 'repeated iterations' and 'relative mean' method.At the same time,the authors demonstrate some hot topics in the field of teaching evaluation from a management point of view and give their conclusions.
