我国对中外合作办学监管的现状、问题与对策

The Status Quo,Problems and Countermeasures of Regulating Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools in China

阐述我国中外合作办学的现状与问题,提出政府要创新监管理念,遵循透明性、可信性、高效性三个监管原则,进一步改革和完善中外合作办学的法律法规以及行政监管措施。

The paper explains and analyzes the present situation and problems of regulating Chinese-Foreign cooperation in running schools in China.Based on these,the authors put forward the ways of reform and development of government's regulation in this field,and propose that the government should hold the creative philosophy of regulation and follow three major principles of transparency,credibility and efficiency.It is suggested that the laws should be perfected and regulated.Some measures should be taken.
