浙江省高职专业结构与区域人才需求适切度分析

Analysis of the Structures of Programs in Higher Vocational Schools in Zhejiang Province and the Demand for Regional Talents

针对区域经济发展的要求,设置和调整专业、优化专业结构,是高等职业教育的一个重要特色。借助《2008年浙江省高等职业院校人才培养工作状态数据采集平台》,对全省47所高职院校的专业结构做了整体分析。在此基础上,试就浙江省高职院校专业结构与区域人才需求的适切度做出评价性判断与建议。

To meet the requirements of the regional economic development,higher vocational schools should adjust and optimize the structure of programs,which is an important feature for higher vocational education.This paper analyzes the programs from 47 higher vocational schools in Zhejiang province by using as a tool Database of Talents Development Status in Higher Vocation Schools,Zhejiang Province,2008.Based on the analysis,the paper tries to reach an evaluative conclusion that in some degree the programs of higher vocational schools in Zhejiang Province can satisfy the talents demands in this region.
