摘要
分析总结了150万吨/年延迟焦化装置加热炉空气预热器在使用过程中出现的问题,介绍了空气预热器的改造方案和改造后的使用效果。通过对改造前后加热炉的相关参数进行对比,针对燃料性质对露点腐蚀温度进行计算,分析了热管腐蚀的原因,提出了提高热管材质等级和改造风道的建议,由此为加热炉空气预热器进一步改进提供了理论依据。
In this paper,the problems in using process for atmosphere preheater of 1.5 million ton delayed coking furnace were summarized,the rebuilding programme and the using effect after rebuilding of it was introduced,the corrosion reason of the heat tube was analyzed,the suggestion for improving the material quality grade of the heat tube and alteration the wind hole was applied,and the theoretical basis for improving the atmosphere preheater of the coking furnace was provided.
