论知识经济时代我国高校知识产权人才的培养

On the cultivation of intellectual property talents in Chinese universities in the era of knowledge economy

知识产权人才培养是实施国家知识产权战略的基点,高校作为人才培养基地,更是国家知识产权战略的重要参与者和实践者。文章结合实际,就高校知识产权人才教育与培养问题进行了探讨,从目前知识产权人才培养的紧迫性出发,分析现行人才培养的现状,并提出合理的建议。

The intellectual property talent＇s training is a basis of implementation of national intellectual property strategy.Universities not only are the training bases of national intellectual property strategy,but also are the important participants and practitioners.This paper,discusses the problems of university intellectual property talents＇ education and cultivation,combining the problems with the reality.The writer analyses the current status of talent＇s training and puts forward some reasonable suggestions proceeding from the urgency of the current intellectual property talent＇s training.
