Digital reference,answering services in the open forum and human flesh searching are three typical consultancy services at present.The article comparatively studies the similarities and differences on three kinds of consultancy service in connotation,working principle and procedure,available resources and management.This paper puts forward that the consultancy service should learn from other＇s advantages to offset one＇s disadvantages,optimize and develop harmoniously.
