摘要
服务质量和效益是图书馆生存与持续发展的前提。文章对高校图书馆信息服务质量、效益的意义及服务质量中存在的问题进行了分析探讨。提出了树立先进的服务理念、争取领导支持、拓宽融资渠道、提高馆员综合素质,并对建立健全激励机制、建立读者服务管理体系、对服务质量全过程进行质量控制等提出了改进措施,提出了提高服务质量的对策和建议。
The service quality and efficiency is the precondition for the library survival and continual development.This paper analyzes the problems existing in information service quality and service efficiency and quality in current university libraries,and proposed the corresponding suggestions which include establishing advanced service concept,striving for leadership support,broadening financing channels,improving comprehensive quality of librarians,establishing and perfecting incentive mechanism,establishing service management system for readers and whole process quality control.
