摘要
在阐述信息素质教育的背景和意义的基础上,分析了国内外信息素质教育的研究和发展状况,着重探讨了大学图书馆在其中的作用,指出大学图书馆应该高度重视信息素质教育,改善信息生态,创造自己新的生存价值。
On the basis of elaborating the background and significance of information literacy education,this article analyzes the information literacy education status both inside and outside of China,and it focuses on the role of college library.It points out that college library should pay more attention to information literacy education,improve information ecology and create new existence value of college library.
