高校推动大学生面向农村基层就业的现实性研究

The Study of the Reality of the Student's Rural Employment Promoted by Colleges

当前我国一方面高校毕业生面临前所未有的就业压力,另一方面构建社会主义新农村步伐不断推进,国家引导和鼓励大学生去农村基层就业,对大学生个人实施合理定位和对社会实现人职匹配都具有十分重要的现实意义。因此,高校要积极发挥导向作用,建立科学合理的大学生就业引导机制。

On one hand,college graduates face the unprecedented employment pressure,on the other hand the construction of new socialist countryside is moving forward constantly.The state encourages the graduates to go to the countryside for employment,which is of great significance for the graduates to rationally locate themselves and realize matching between jobs and persons.Therefore,colleges should play an active role in guidance and set up a scientific and reasonable mechanism to guide employment.
