摘要
我们从激励理论的研究视角,研究了我国企业参与职教激励机制的现状,并分析其影响因素,阐述其构建原则,提出其构建途径:建立以政府为主导的多元联动激励机制,营造全面完善的激励机制法制环境,构建以职教管理为核心功能的激励机制保障机构,树立以市场调控为方向的利益驱动型激励机制运行目标。
Drawing lessons from the viewpoint of motivation theories,the article reveals the status and problems of incentive mechanisms of Chinese enterprises participating in vocational education,analyzes its influencing factors,expounds its construction principles,and puts forward its construction ways: establishing the government-led and multi-linked incentive mechanism,creating the full and sound legal environment,building the security institutions which taking vocational education management as the core function,fostering the operational goals of market-oriented regulation and interest-driven motivation mechanism.
