针灸结合促进术治疗中风后遗症69例临床观察

Acupuncture With Channel Flowing Promoting Therapy for Apoplexy Sequel: clinical Observation on 69 Cases

１１０例中风后偏瘫患者，从发病早期开始分别接受２种不同的治疗，观察组（Ａ）接受针灸经络促通法和康复医学的运动治疗；对照组（Ｂ）接受传统针灸推拿方法治疗。结果显示：Ａ组在治疗后１、２、３个月的评定中，有效率分别为４２．０３％、６８．１１％、７３．９１％，明显优于Ｂ组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；治疗后３个月Ａ组肢体功能综合评分及出院时ＡＤＬ积分都高于Ｂ组。观察表明采用综合性康复方法在偏瘫早期的治疗中能有效地促进肢体功能的恢复。

case of hemiparalysis due to stroke had been treated with two different therapies respectively since the early stage.In Group A,the method of channel flowing promoting with rehabilitating kinesitherapy was used.In Group B,the method of traditional acupunctune and massage was used.The result showed that in the first three months of treatment the effective rates in G A were 42.03%,68.11%and 73.91% which were obviously better than those in G B(P<0.01).The comprehansive evaluation of limbs function after three months of treament and the ADL integral when hospital discharge in G A were higher than those in G B.It indicates that the comprehansive rehabilitation method used in the early stage of hemiparalysis could effectively promote the recovery of limbs function and is good for the late result.
