试析多元民主社会下的重叠共识理念

Try to analyze the overlapping consensus under Pluralistic democratic society

在当前文化多元化、价值多元化的社会体系下,多元民主成为社会发展的趋势。多元民主社会下允许各种合乎理性的宗教学说、哲学学说和道德学说长期存在,但同时各完备性学说之间也存在着冲突。针对这种现实情况,罗尔斯提出了重叠共识的理念来解决各种完备性学说之间所产生的分歧与冲突,以维护社会的稳定与和谐。

In the current social system of cultural diversity,value diversity,a pluralist democracy become a trend of social development.In the pluralistic democratic society,it permitted a long excistence of various religious doctrine,philosophical theory and moral theory,but a conflict is still excist between the intergrative theory.In view of this reality,Rawls proposed a concept of overlapping consensus to solve the conflict in all kinds of intergrative theory,in order to safeguard social stability and harmony.
