摘要
辅导员在初入职场时普遍存在"三多"、"三少"特点,因而有必要进行自主调整、转换思路,实现由学生到新辅导员的角色转换。唯有了解并分析辅导员个人及环境特点,有针对性地适应、改善、提高,才能助其尽快进入新角色。
The consultants of college students witness characteristics of "too much in three aspects" and "too little in another three aspects" when starting their job.So it is necessary for them to adjust to the job and change their thinking style to realize the transformation from student to consultant.In order to help them enter the new roles,the knowledge and analysis of the personality and the working circumstance are among the top conditions.
