英汉对比在大学英语翻译教学中的应用

Contrastive Studies of English and Chinese and Translation Teaching in Colleges

翻译教学是大学英语教学中不可缺少的重要组成部分,在教学中应得到应有的重视。翻译是涉及到两种语言的活动,因此,在翻译教学中进行英汉对比研究是提高教学质量的有效方法。本文着重对比英汉两种语言在句子层面的差异从而帮助学生掌握基本的翻译技巧,提高他们的翻译水平。

Translation teaching is an indispensable part of college English teaching to which enough attention should be paid.Translation is a code-switching skill,therefore,contrastive studies can be used to improve the quality of translation teaching.This paper mainly explores the differences of English and Chinese at sentence level so as to help students improve their translation level.
