摘要
自我效能感是影响大学生学习能力和人格发展的一个重要心理因素。文章通过对自我效能感及其信息来源的研究,进一步探讨了如何培养大学生的英语自主学习能力。并且提出,将学校、教师和学生三者结合起来,不断激发大学生的自我效能感,有助于学生英语自主学习能力的培养。
Perceived self-efficacy is one of the important psychological factors that influence the college students' learning ability and personal development.This article discusses how to train college students' autonomous learning ability of English,basing on the study of perceived self-efficacy and its information sources.It maintains that the combination of university,teacher and students and perceived self-efficacy contribute to the training of college students' autonomous learning ability of English.
