加减除湿胃苓汤治疗脂溢性皮炎临床疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Efficacy Treatment of Seborrheic Dermatitis by the Addition and Subtraction Chushi Weiling Decoction

目的:观察加减除湿胃苓汤治疗脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:将61例患者随机分为2组,治疗组32例,以煎服加减除湿胃苓汤治疗;对照组29例,以口服维生素B2、维生素B6、赛庚啶治疗。两组均用10%硫磺软膏、2%酮康唑软膏混匀后(1:1比例)外涂患处,均治疗5天为1疗程,3个疗程后评定疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为84.4%,对照组为65.5%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:加减除湿胃苓汤治疗脂溢性皮炎疗效确切,值得推广使用。

Objective：to observate the clinical efficacy of seborrheic dermatitis of the addition and subtraction chushi weiling decoction.Methods：61 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group,32 cases with the addition and subtraction chushi weiling decoction; control group,29 patients taking oral vitamin B2,vitamin B6,cyproheptadine treatment.Both groups with 10% sulfur ointment, 2% ketoconazole cream after mixing（1：1 ratio）was applied externally affected area.2 groups were treated 5 days to 1 course of treatment, after 3 courses evaluated.Results：The total effective rate in treatment group was 84.4%,65.5% in the control group, and the difference was significant （P0.05）.Conclusions：The addition and subtraction chushi weiling decoction had a good clinical efficacy of seborrheic dermatitis and should be applied.
