细胞粘附分子CD_(44)s表达与胃癌生物学行为关系的研究

Relationship between Cell Adhesion Molecule CD44 Expression and Biological Behavior of Gastric Cancer

目的：探讨细胞粘附分子ＣＤ４４ｓ在胃癌原发灶的表达与其生物学行为及淋巴结转移规律的关系，并进行临床病理学评价。方法：采用免疫组化方法（Ｓ－Ｐ法）观察了ＣＤ４４ｓ在７０例非癌胃组织和胃癌原发灶中的表达情况，对胃癌标本进行系统病理学检查。结果：ＣＤ４４ｓ在非癌胃组织中呈弱阳性表达，胃癌组织阳性表达率为６４３％（４５／７０）。在淋巴结转移数超过５个，转移度大于５０％及转移至Ⅱ站以远，Ⅲ、Ⅳ期胃癌中ＣＤ４４ｓ表达增强（Ｐ＜００５～００２５），而与其它临床病理因素无关。结论：ＣＤ４４ｓ表达与胃癌淋巴结转移及ＴＮＭ分期密切相关，对评估胃癌淋巴结转移程度和分析病期可能有一定价值。

Objective: To study the relationship between cell adhesion molecule CD44 expression and biological behavior of gastric cancer Methods: The levels of CD44 expression were determined in 70 primary gastric cancer tissues with S-P immunohistochemical technic,and tests were made on normal gastric mucosa as control Results: In normal gastric mucosa, the expression of CD44 was slightly positive The positive rate of CD44 expression was 643%(45/70) in gastric cancer tissues, and was even higher in gastric cancer with nodal metastases exceeding 5 in number: In presence of very high frequency of nodal metastasis and remote nodal involvement the expression of CD44 was remarkably elevated (P< 0050025) Conclusion: The results suggest that the expression of CD44 is closely related with the biological behavior of the gastric cancer,and that determination of CD44 may be of value in evaluating the extent of metastasis and TNM stage of gastric cancer
