植物状态吞咽障碍患者的康复护理

Rehabilitation Nursing of Vegetative State Patients with Dysphagia

总结32例植物状态(vegetative state,VS)吞咽障碍患者的康复护理措施。先予系统的基础训练,包括感觉刺激、吞咽肌群功能训练、颈部关节活动度及灵活性训练、呼吸功能训练;经过基础训练当患者具备一定的吞咽能力,在密切监视下进行摄食训练:选择适宜的摄食训练时间,取有利于进食的体位,掌握一口的量,选择适宜的食物,并进行综合训练。本组32例VS患者中,吞咽功能训练前吞咽障碍重度20例,中度12例,评分为(1.38±0.49)分,训练后3个月吞咽障碍重度4例,中度5例,轻度14例,正常9例,评分为(2.88±0.98)分。训练前、后吞咽功能障碍程度及评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。

This paper is to summarize rehabilitation nursing of vegetative states patients with dysphagia.Systemic swallow function training and rehabilitation nursing were conducted in 32 vegetative states patients with dysphagia.In addition,comprehensive trainings such as ingestion training including ingestion position,time and amount were under monitoring.Among these 32 patients,20 were with serious dysphagia and 12 in middle level,a total score of（1.38±0.49）.After 3-month training,only 4 remain serious,a total score of（2.88±0.98）.There were statistical significances between the comparisons on degrees of dysphagia and scores（P0.01）.
