摘要
目前,世界上对微生物发酵法生产木糖醇的研究很多,已取得不少成果,令人关注。微生物发酵法不需要化学合成法所必需的高压高温反应条件,还可综合利用像树枝、落叶等大量未利用生物量资源,既解决了原料问题,还解决了环境问题,为木糖醇的生产开辟了新途径。
Studies on microbial fermentation to produce xylitol have been carried out in the world greatly and called attention.Microbial Fermentation,which didn't have the shortcomings with the chemical method for the production of xylitol,such as high pressure and high temperature,utilized the falling leaves and branches as the raw material.So that this method improved the utilization of raw materials while reducing environmental pollution.This is a new method to produce xylitol.
