摘要 在市场销售的乳制品中检出一株产酸克雷伯菌,经试验该菌对青霉素有抗性。在已报道的产酸克雷伯菌中,大部分是在医院的临床病例,成品液态奶中检出该菌尚属首次。这一菌株的检出给乳制品中内酰胺酶的检测带来新的问题。 Klebsiella oxytoca were detected in diary products,and are resistant to penicillin.In the reported of Klebsiella example,the majority are clinical cases in the hospital,this is the first time that the bacteria was detected in liquid milk product.This brought new problems in the detection of enzymes in diary.
