摘要
目的研究肾上腺素合冷刺激致血瘀模型大鼠血栓形成标志物的变化。方法 24只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组(n=12)、模型组两组(n=12)。大鼠背部皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素0.08mL/100g,4h后重复一次,在第一次注射肾上腺素2h后,将大鼠放入冰水混合的浴箱中5min,拿出大鼠并擦干皮毛。停食,于次晨腹主动脉抽血。测定血小板最大聚集率、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形指数,CD62p、vWF、Fg、D-Dm含量。结果模型组大鼠血小板最大聚集率、红细胞聚集指数、Fg水平显著增高,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);红细胞变形指数、CD62p、vWF、D-Dm两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肾上腺素合冷刺激致血瘀模型大鼠可引起血小板及红细胞的聚集及纤维蛋白原的增高,而对血小板活化及内皮损伤未见影响。
Objective To study the changes in the markers of thrombosis in the rats with blood stasis induced by adrenaline combined with cold stimulation.Methods 24 male Wistar rats were divided randomly into control group(n=12)and model group(n=12).The subcutaneous injection of adrenaline hydrochloride was applied to the back of rat,0.08 mL/100 g and was repeated 4 h later.2 h after the first injection of adrenaline,the rats were placed in ice water of bath box;5 min later,the rats were removed from the box and wiped the furs dry.In fasting,the blood sample was collected from abdominal aorta.The maximal platelet aggregation,erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte deformation index,CD62p,vWF,Fg and D-Dm content were detected.Results The maximal platelet aggregation,erythrocyte aggregation index,erythrocyte deformation index and Fg level increased significantly in model group,indicating statistical significant difference as compared with control group(P0.01).The comparison of erythrocyte deformation index,CD62p,vWF and D-Dm content between two groups did not indicate statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusion Adrenaline combined with cold stimulation can induce the aggregation of platelet and erythrocyte as well as the increase of fibrinogen,and has no any impacts discovered on platelet activity and endothelial injury.
