中医综合疗法防治老年髋部骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓

Prevention and Treatment of Deep Venous Thrombosis of the Lower Limbs after Senile Hip Fracture Operation with Comprehensive Therapy of Chinese Medicine

目的探讨中医综合疗法防治老年髋部骨折术后下肢深静脉血栓的临床效果。方法 2008年4月～2010年3月对成都中医药大学附属医院骨科69例老年髋部骨折术后患者使用丹红注射液静脉滴注、中药包熨烫、中药离子导入及注重早期功能锻炼的方法进行预防治疗,观察患者下肢深静脉血栓发生情况。结果 69例患者中,仅4例并发下肢深静脉血栓,发生率为5.8%。结论老年髋部骨折手术前后合理运用中医综合疗法,可明显减少术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生,是一种安全有效的方法。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy on the prevention and treatment of deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs after senile hip fracture operation.Methods The intravenous drop of dan hong injection,compression of Chinese herbal bag,Chinese herbal ion penetration and early-stage function exercise were applied to 69 cases after senile hip fracture operation in orthopedics department of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs was observed for the cases collected from April 2008 to March 2010.Results Of 69 cases,only 4 cases had deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs and the incidence rate was 5.8%.Conclusion The rational application of comprehensive therapy of Chinese medicine before and after the operation of senile hip fracture can reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs remarkably,and it is a kind safe and effective therapeutic method.
